Nicole is such a wonderful agent, very detailed and willing to answer all questions in a timely manner. She follows you from the start of the purchase to the end even showing up for closing with a very sweet gift. Few people honor Veterans the way she does l, even to the point of helping Veterans with her own commission to help with closing costs. I cannot rave about Nicole enough. She was extremely patient with me as a first time homebuyer. I changed my mind numerous times on what I wanted, and looked at a ton of homes over a few months. Nicole looked at even more without me to send me videos, which I appreciated. I felt like she listened to everything I said and was always supportive. She also was great at nicely dialing my expectations back for the price point I was looking at. There were a couple of times she predicted what I was going to want and started prepping offers in advance, which I know can be time consuming for her. She also attended things for me when I was unavailable such as the home inspection. In the end, she got me an insanely amazing deal on a new home that I know she spent days working on. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor or experience. Nicole truly cares about her clients and their best interest. I'll absolutely recommend Nicole to anyone I know who is interested in buying a home.

We were in search of a house for our mom. Nicole was amazing to work with! She was very attentive to details & was super patient trying to check off items on the wishlist that our mom had for a house for herself. Nicole made the entire process easy, was a fantastic negotiator and was ALWAYS available to answer any questions we had. We had a couple bumps at the end of the transaction, but Nicole took charge to address and take care of the issues right away!
